Gas turbine technology is vast applied in power generation industry. Jointly with heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) and steam turbine integrating into combine cycle and the efficiency can reach to more than 50% with large capacity scale. That is the reason to be regarded as clean energy.

Gas turbine with combine cycle power plant could be worked as base load to provide the continuous power to the electricity grid. And it is because of fast start feature the gas turbine is capable to work as peak load or black start power equipment to meet the power grid or standby power needs for important utilities, such as airports, banks, data centers or hospitals.

In the past decades, the world top gas turbine manufacturers developed technologies to burn low BTU gases, such as coke gas, furnace gas, and biogas, which will dramatically reduce the CO2 and waste gas discharge with green environment enhancement. At same time, since the low fuel cost it could bring more profitable business mode to the power generation industry.
